We offer a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us via email: contact@rootsafamilything.com with your order number to get your return started.

**All items from The Sweet Side and The Spicy Side are final sale. Other items not eligible for return are Grandma’s Playdoh kits, custom orders, and Trendy Mama Party Kits.**

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Any product returned must be in its original packaging, and mailed with the receipt/invoice. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping Policy
Your item(s) will ship within 2 business days via UPS Ground with tracking. Once shipped, your item(s) will be received within 1-5 business days depending on location. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of your package and location of delivery.
